Before returning any product, customers must contact TFD CANADA at 1-778-996-6440 to obtain a RMA Number and shipping instructions. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, write address or RMA# on the outside of the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. Non-defective returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. All returns are subject to inspection by TFD CANADA on the resell condition, and credit will be issued after the product have been received and inspected. All returns freight shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was due to TFD CANADA.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
All defective returns must be pre-authorized by TFD CANADA and have a RMA#. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. TFD CANADA will credit or exchange the defective product after receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All shortages and damages from Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or other freight carriers must be reported to TFD CANADA within 48 hours of delivery. All trucking company freight shortages or damages must be filed at the receiving site with the trucking carrier. If you receive product that has been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premise, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies.
INCORRECT SKU SHIPMENT
If you discover it is wrong SKU shipment, do not open the original package to keep it factory sealed. Then contact TFD Canada to either reship or return for refund.
